The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to a big supermarket and right next to the main pedestrian street. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are varied and delicious, with a good selection of food. The hotel also offers a nice pool for guests to enjoy.
The hotel staff's English language skills could be improved.

Booked for a hen do, perfect for a group as we practically had the pool to ourselves. Super clean room, spacious, with a decent bathroom. Fast and reliable wifi. TV with premium channels. Spacious balcony for chilling at night. Convenient 24-hour bakery nearby. Leave suitcases in lobby before check-in. Extend check-out time for a small fee. Great location, close to center and beach, but on a quiet street.

We had a great experience at Paloma Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony and a brand new air conditioning unit. The friendly staff, although not fluent in English, were eager to assist us. The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk to the center and 5 minutes from the beach, yet the street was quiet. There was a big supermarket nearby and supervised parking right in front of the hotel. Paloma provided great value for the money.
